Shelly (Mildred) Lamar grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, graduate of Anne Arundel County Public schools and University MD University College. Shelly worked in Real Estate for 17 years and in Tax & Accounting for more than 25.
In 2004 she developed a property management company designed to provide affordable and excellent housing for low-income households and served successfully as homes to several families.
In 2009 she decided to enhance her career and obtained my Real Estate license in Maryland, DC, and recently added Virginia which has served a very vital role in the financial well-being of her family.
She soon found a love in volunteering and managing an Assisted Living Community where she came in constant contact with seniors who were overwhelmed with the burden of having to manage and maintain a great deal of belongings so she became their front-line of defense with assisting in the task of downsizing their homes and decluttering.
Now her wish is to share her combined knowledge and experience to deliver the best support to our community and families.
